Carol, I saw the show with Mark and I really enjoyed it. Dean Martin was very good as was Frank Sinatra. Sammy was ok, but not great. Joey was below average in my opinion. Overall the show was very entertaining and the performers did a good job of portraying the original Rat Pack members. There was also a guest appearance by Bobby Darin that was good. I don't know if the Bobby Darin part will continue in the show.
One word of warning. The original Rat Pack members were smokers. Because of that, they smoke in the show. That makes this a smoking showroom and many of the audience were smoking. It got pretty thick and there was not much ventilation. So if smoke bothers you it may be a problem for you at this show.
There were 4 of us and we tipped the maitre d $10 each, $40 total and requested a booth. It was no problem since we went on a weeknight.
So, if the smoke doesn't bother you you'll see an enjoyable show, especially for the price.
Also, if you play vp, arrive early and try the bartop vp directly to the left of the showroom as you stand facing it. My wife hit an nice win there and so did I. We won much more than the cost of the show tickets and the tip. Just make sure to cash out your winnings and not put the money back into the machine.

Kizzy,

If they gave shows parental guidence ratings like at the movies, the launguage in the show at the Desert Inn would probably get a PG-13.

Sounds good. Don't like the smoking part. Do they have smoking and non-smoking sections?

Is this show a 1st come 1st serve...unless you "show me the money" you sit in back of theater show?

Kizzy, maybe a PG 17 at the worst. Probably somewhere between Mark's PG 13 and my PG 17<G>

Carol, it is first come first served, but that doesn't mean you get the best seats by being early. They traditionally save the best seats for the "tippers".
That doesn't mean you will get a bad seat though. All the seats were good and the showroom isn't large. The booth we sat in was at the rear of the showroom. But we weren't far from the stage and you can see well from all seats. The booth is just more comfortable and private.
