Has anyone seen Mamma Mia! at Mandalay Bay? I want to see a show on my next trip and was thinking of this one. Ticket prices are $65 and $85. If anyone has seen it, I was wondering:

1. Is the show any good?
2. Is it worth the price?

I just returned from Vegas a couple days ago, and saw Mama Mia on Sunday evening. We are big musical lovers and have seen a lot of shows over the years, both in LA and New York. So you could say we're pretty discriminating. Mama Mia was worth the money and time. It was a great show, tremendously fun for all ages. I had purchased the ABBA Gold CDfor the drive to Vegas, and became re-familiar with all those 80s disco hits. We brought our kids, and they also loved it. In addition to the music, the lead female performer was quite outstanding. The costumes were also top rate. I would definitely give it a thumbs up. We called a week ahead to get tickets and were in the last row of the orchestra section. Get your tickets early!

I whole heartedly agree with the above post. We see most of our shows on Broadway. This was fabulous. We were not disappointed, although the prices were the same as Broadway.

Music, venue, dancing and actors were all superb.

We couldn't get tickets to see it in NY unless we booked months in advance. Go see it.
