Anyone tried this place? Ellen and I ate there on two recent trips and thought it was some of the best BBQ we've had. The chopped pork and the pork ribs were especially good.

And Bill, if I can hop on, how about Carollo's, a small old-style restaurant bar on the way to Henderson (maybe a 5-minute drive to the Reserve)? Many locals seem to feel it has the best barbecue in LV.

The one we ate at is at Warm Springs and Eastern (on Warm Springs). If you take the freeway behind the airport and exit Warm Springs, head toward Henderson and it ison the left. Nice place....apparently the owner (Mike Mills I think) is from the midwest somewhere and his kids relocated to LV and opened MCB (I've heard the name before and think they might have another location). The name stems from their BBQ having won awards in Memphis at some big BBQ competition. I don't recall if they were baby backs or what (i.e. spare, etc), but they were great. Reasonable prices too (full dinner with more food than we could finish for maybe $13?). It even has a drive thru if that matters to anyone (big parking lot for the rest of us).
