Rio Deli
  Rio Deli
The Star Deli and bakery has opened at the Rio. Some of the choices are Potato Knishes, Matzo Ball Soup, Pickled Herring, Lox and Borscht. Reports are that it is a real NY deli.
Sandwiches are $4.95 and include pastrami, corned beef, tuna salad, chopped liver and tongue.
There is also a selection of the Rio's famous pastries and breads.
Sounds like a great place for lunch.

John,
Nothing like a lean hot pastrami on rye bread, with a splash of hot mustard! Yummm! The Deli end of food, Las vegas always seemed to fail at. Sounds like a possible choice on those long visits to LV.
OK, I admit it, I'm not a gourmet, I just know what I like! <VBG>

Lee, let me paint a picture for you. Take the sandwich you just mentioned and sit down at a vp machine. Then have a Rio cocktail waitress serve you ice cold beers. Can it get any better than that? OINK! <G>

John,

So which is better? The waitress or the cold beers?
