Emeri's at the MGM is not an inexpensive place for lunch. Soup of the day is $6.50. Clams are $11.50 and oysters are $18 for a dozen. Most entrees are $20. So a lunch for 2 is at least $40, not including appetisers, desert and tip.
Since the lunch buffet at Summerlin is all you can eat and includes desert and unlimited appetisers, including clams and oysters, it seems to be a better value. But it is STILL a buffet.
I remember when meals were inexpensive in Las Vegas.
