I have been to the downtown section of Las Vegas hundreds of times. I have never seen this restaurant but it has been recommended to me as locals place that has great Italian food. Has anyone ever been to Chicago Joes? I can picture the area where it is suppose to be located, 820 S. 4th St., but I can't remember ever seeing the restaurant.
