I have a 2 for 1 coupon for Riv buffet. Is it any good, or not worth using?

Joyce, It's been a looooong time since I ate at the Riv. buffet. Back then the dinner buffet was poor. However, they had a decent breakfast buffet. I haven't heard of any recent reports on the buffet. Perhaps someone has a more recent experience.
Hey Dave F!!! Do you have any info on this?

Hi John,

It's been a long time since I've eaten at the Riv buffet -- more than ten years, probably. I think, Joyce, I'd rather have a 1 for 2 coupon, so that my traveling companion could eat there and I could duck out to the Peppermill <g>.

Joyce, from I've heard, the new Stardust buffet is far superior to the Riv or Sahara, but I don't know if you have a coupon for it.

Thanks for the input guys -John and Dave. I don't have a coupon for the Stardust, but I do have one for the Flamingo and the Strat. A coupon is not a necessity to go to a buffet. We are planning on going to Paris and Bellagio lunch buffets. I've been to Bellagion twice and thought it was great. I guess I'll pass on the Riv and do something classier like a free hot dog with a buy-in at VV.
