Wolfgang Puck's new Postrio restaurant opens Thursday night at The Venetian.

This will be Puck's 5th Las Vegas eatery since he helped launch the city's gourmet fine-dining revolution with the 1992 opening of Spago inside the Forum Shops at Caesars.
