   Terrazza
   Terrazza
Dined at Terrazza at C-sars Palace on Saturday night using a food credit in an offer. I tried to get Nero's but they were all booked; but that was fine, as I wanted to try another C.P. restaurant and get out of the Nero's rut.

Terrazza is located in the Palace Tower right next to those BIG escalators. It was really busy there Sat. night, but we were seated right away. Joining us were Lee Ann, Michael, and Andy. Before seating, I went ahead of the group to check in, and a customer coming out of the dining room asked the hostess at the podium for the Complaint Department. Just what I needed to hear when none of us had ever been there before. It turned out he was kidding, and told me he and friends always dine there every trip because they know it to be consistently good. That was a good sign!

It's Italian fare, but I ordered the filet from the al la carte menu, and it was excellent and beautifully presented. Prices were about the same as Nero's is: dinner for 2, 1 glass of wine each, salad or soup, no dessert, no coffee = $120 with tip. My glass of Chardonnay was $10.50, so they get a good buck for everything in this place. We cracked up seeing spaghetti and meatballs on the menu for a mere $23.

All in all, on a par with Nero's, so I would go back to Terrazza again.

Veronica, thanks for the information. Those Caesars dining credits sure come in handy.
I guess I'll have to try some of the other dining at Caesars. I just got spoiled at Neros and haven't expanded my experiences past that.
Did you happen to ride the escalators?

John,
You and Linda should try La Terrazza on your next trip. I'm sure you would like it. When V called for reservations and told me that Nero's was full, I was a little disappointed because we have enjoyed eating there before. Now I'm glad they were full because we got to try La Terrazza. It was also very good, food quality and service.
