I am not sure if we have covered this topic before or not. My wife's cousin lives in Las Vegas and she asked if we know of any kosher restaurants or restaurants that have a partial kosher menu. Does anyone have any recommendations?

John, In the 2000 yellow pages there is only one listing for Kosher restaurants:

Casba Kosher Restaurant & Deli
855 E. Twain Ave. 791-3344

I have previously read in the newspaper that many people would like to see more Kosher foods available. Maybe this would be a good new business venture.
