This was my favorite sushi bar in LV....then Nobu stole their best sushi chefs. Now? Amazingly it is still great. Slow service, yes. But GREAT sushi (without the Nobu prices)....they must have some really good contacts 'cause they keep finding superb sushi chefs. And we have yet to encounter a wait....
