Koto, new restaurant opening soon at the Orleans looks real promessing. Got a glimps of the inside of the place. The whole one side will be open to the casino floor. Nice tables with some booth seating (still wrapped in shipping protective plactic. Looks like a full sushi menu for people who like that sort of thing too. No published menu's yet, but reminded me more of a PF Changs from the decor. Opening planned for late September i'm told.
I asked a couple of floormen about the new place, all where looking forward to it opening. However both made the same comments when I asked about the the new Italian restaurant, they liked Vito's better! They are using the old Vito's/Bones place for group dinners & functions. No word on what is planned next for the space yet.
