I need inf of these buffets for dinner, how much do they cost and which one is better as far as food and selection. Also are there lines at a certain time so I can avoid that time. Many thanks

I've only eaten at Le Village Buffet in Paris, and I'm sure there are other folks out there with wider experience.
But I wonder: What kind of food are you looking for? Fancy made dishes? Meat and potatoes?
The Paris buffet was fantastic. I went for the fancy French dishes (okay, the desserts too) but I was surprised at how much I really liked the cold jumbo shrimp. We went for a very very late lunch - paid the lunch price, ate with dinner apppetites!

The Mirage buffet gets my vote - after 3 pm when they put the fresh shrimp out (piles of it) all you can eat (and crab legs) and desserts like you wouldn't believe - around $13.00 I believe. Wendell

I think lunch at Paris was around $13, but they already have the shrimp out.
We ate such a late lunch there that we were still in the place when it became "Dinner" and the only change I saw was the appearance of split king crab legs, as we were enjoying our desserts.
We found that King Crab legs make an excellent dessert chaser!

It was king crab, Lee - but they were served cold (0n ice) but with your choice of drawn butter or spicy cocktail sauce.
We had just eaten the equivalent of several meals (including 1 and 1/2 desserts) but couldn't resist those king crab legs - as sweet as any thing in the patisseriere!
(It was also the only item that we saw caused a line to form - but it moved quickly, and the crab legs never stopped coming!)
