My dinner reservations for the Palm on the 4th of July for the meet are for high noon 12:00pm, not 12:30pm.
All are welcome to stop by at anytime however for a drink or light conversation, or even desert (thay have some good ones).
If anyone would like to attend the 4th of July lunch meet, please e-mail or post something here as I'll need to ajust the reservations!

Wendell, I am extemely sorry, but my July trip to Las Vegas has turned into a pumpkin. The best I can offer you is that I will be thinking of you at all the listed times ....and I'll be more than slightly envious.

Daisy, we will surely miss you, and be thinking about you.
Wendell, Toby and I have dinner engraved in stone on our calendar, but wondered about the picketing, by the Culinary Union, at the MSS. Do you think that would be a problem? The only news reports I have seen, show lots of picketers parading around the Fremont St. Experience, but it looks kind of like a "media event"....... Perhaps they will all settle soon.

Tater: I will double check with the Pullman Thursday and make a post. I hope it will not affect us - I sure do like the Pullman. Wendell

Wendell,I am not sure how accurate the information is, but the Las Vegas Advisor says that Main Street Station, among others, is close to a settlement......?????? Just in the For What Its Worth Department.
Lee, thanks so much for the invite, and we would enjoy meeting at the Palm some other time.....it always sounds fun in your trip report! We have longstanding plans for the 4th, and will not be able to make it this time, but we hope you have a grand lunch, and a grander time!

Tater: Just got off the phone with the Pullman - they (or She) said that they didn't think there would be a strike but they have had a meeting and they will be open and operating anyway. I replied "good", I could taste that Filet already. She said "You got it" - so we will see you at the Pullman 7:00 p.m., 3 July - bring a good appetite. Wendell
