Joseph Romano of Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay's Charlie Palmer Steak House fame will be opening JW's Tavern, his own venture here at Rio's Masquerade Village. American comfort foods served in an updated, modern style and selected beverages from around the world, featuring many unique producers and products.
