Yet another chicken joint.

This is a chain of fried chicken fingers restauarants that started in Louisiana. There was a location near Arizona Charlies that opened up several months ago. There is now another location in the outlet mall on the south strip and one at Flamingo and Maryland Parkway.

This place just sells fried chicken fingers. If you don't like chicken fingers, go somewhere else. They also have one dipping sauce, french fries, slaw, bread, and drinks. That's pretty much the entire menu.

Their hook is that the chicken is strips of breast tenderloin and is always prepared fresh, never from frozen. It is marinated, breaded, and isn't fried until you order it. It does taste pretty good.

In their drink selection, they have a sweet tea that would please any southerner who was raised on grandma's sweet tea. And with self serve drinks and free refills, you can get a good quench on a hot day.

Chain restaurants don't get a lot of recognition in my book. This place stands out for a great meal.
