Motorists who want to avoid traffic over the New Year's weekend are being invited to
grab a free ride instead.
On New Year's Eve, the Regional Transportation Commission is offering
unlimited free rides on the Citizens Area Transit system.
Free bus rides will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, and will be available through 6 p.m.
Saturday.
The offer applies to all existing bus stops and routes.

Gail,
Sounds like a good idea, but somehow I think a taxi would be a better way to go. I can just see those busses crammed packed with people and some of the riders getting sick! No thanks, IMO.
