While I didn't post this on the BB, I had a problem when I returned my car, They over charged me from what I was quoted.

Through the wonders of the internet, I wrote a note explaining how I was over charged $84.57 for a 4 day rental. Had my reservation number and everything. With-in an hour of my note I got a reply stating I would be receiving a credit with-in 10 business day on my credit card.
I was impressed!
However, I was still not satisfied with the reasoning.....so I asked more questions!
You see what they claimed happened was that the day changed. I was to pick up the car at 11pm on the 25, when I really picked it up at 1am the 26. Because of my delayed flight. Well, I have called before and was told not to worry about my car not being there, as Emerald Club members have a 12 hr window for pick up on rentals. However, after futher questioning, found that you must supply airline flight numbers & times so they will hold them. Interesting isn't it?
Anyway cool heads prevailed and I am still a big fan of National Car Rental.
