The Monte Carlo parking garage has been imploded, presumeably as part of the Project City Center development. There is limited self parking for hotel guests only. I assume valet is the same.

If your plans call for a quick visit to the Monte Carlo to check things out, change your plans. It's a madhouse.

I wonder if this means the NYNY parking lot is overloaded. That has been my favorite self-park lot for visiting the south end of the Strip.

I would guess that NYNY, MGM, and the Showcase thingy are the best parking options.

To walk to the Monte Carlo from NYNY, you have to walk through a wooden construction walkway. At least it's shaded.
