A slot tournament is all luck. You sign up and pay your entry fee and you are assigned a machine and what round you will play. Then you sit at the machine and hit the spin button as fast as you can. That's it. If your hand gets tired you switch hands. Whoever has the most credits is the winner. It's all luck but they are fun if you have a group of people with you to root you on. And, you might win some money.

I agree with John, mostly. I would say though that your outcome in a slot tourney is 90% luck and 10% endurance/speed. It's like playing a slot on your own--you have to be in the right place at the right time. You need to be punching the button at the time the RNG is lining up those jackpot symbols. I enjoy the slot tournies I have been in although I've not gotten rich. But they usually come with some nights lodging, dinners, sometimes gifts, etc and slot personnel bent on you having a good time. And this, afterall, is gambling--I've had a 1/200 chance at $35,000 for a $600 bet. Not bad for the slots!
