According to Gaming Today, there is a new slot in development that is sure to be a big hit with football fans. It is being developed by Larry Lermusiaux who is a pit area supevisor at the Barbary Coast. It will be a video screen where the player will view a football defense play. After viewing the defensive play, the player will pick the offensive play that they think will gain the most yardage. The computer will decide on possible outcomes based on the offense that the player has selected. Payoffs are dependent on the probability of success. The equivalent of a royal flush would be a touchdown of over 50 yards.

The article didn't state how soon the machines will be available. Since my knowledge of football is non-existent, (my husband can attest to this) this is one game that I will skip. <vbg> Think I'll stick to my video poker machines.
