Neil gave me permission to post this mini gambling report from their recent trip staying at NYNY. What luck this group had!

<<Seven of us were off to Vegas Oct. 17-21. Our Host Sue LaForce (outstanding), arranged 3 free nights and 2 nights at casino rate based on several hours of play my wife and I gave to the casino last March. Not a bad deal, since she acted pretty much on our word of level of play.

The results:
Sunday- No Joy
Monday- No Joy
Tuesday- Fran hits Triple Play 8/6 JOB (progressive line 1, $1650) Royal. 10 minutes later Fran hits again, this time she takes out both line 2 and 2 progressives.
Tuesday-John hit the same progressive (now pretty much at base) on all 3 lines simultaneously.
Tuesday- Joe hits a 9/6 JOB.
Thursday- Maria hit on the Triple Play 8/6 JOB
Thursday- Fran hits her 4th Royal on the Triple Play 8/6 JOB.

Vivian and I? We end up losing about $500 after cashback. Accumulated about 2300 points (each point representing $15 play).

All play was on $0.25 machines; Triple Play 8/6 JOB, Pick 'em, 9/7 DB, 9/6 JOB. For the group we accumulated over between 7000 and 8000 points (Vivian and I had an early morning Thursday Flight so we don't know final point totals.)

Our Host Sue LaForce ended up comping all rooms and provided comps each day for
dinner at the two top restaurants at NYNY, IL Fornaio and Gallagers. She was great.

I forgot to say that John hit a 4th Royal the next morning after he hit the simultaneous 3 Royals.
