   VP Tournaments?
   VP Tournaments?
I remember Beth posting about a VP tournament in Atlantic City a while ago, but I was wondering if there are ever any tournaments in Vegas nowadays. I have subscribed to a newsletter for over a year now which keeps you up to date with everything happening in the Vegas VP world, and I don't recall seeing a single tournament advertised.

Vease, most casinos offer vp tournaments throughout the year. I get a mailer from Caesars every month inviting me to a slot or vp tournament. The Rio used to offer a low buy in vp tournament a couple of times a week. I don't know if they still do.
I think many of the casinos have a slot tournament a few times a week. You could check with the slot club at the place you are staying and see what they say. I don't think the vp/slot tournaments are as frequent as they used to be.

Vease,

Several casinos used to offer daily, low $ vp tournaments. Rio used to have one, Santa Fe had one and 4 Queens. Hopefully Blossom or someone will know the current status.

Other casino's have VP tyournaments similar to slot tournaments that are multi day events. These usually include a reception party, some small gift and an awards banquet. I used to play in these at te Trop fairly regularly. They're a nice event.
