I've heard that many casino's rate you play based on you last three 'trips'. As you mentioned, Running one roll of coins thru a machine let em know you've made a 'trip' and this becomes part of the average. The Trop was the first place I ran into a problem with this. However, JMT's right that some casino's will drop you from their data base if you don't play for a period of time. Even the lowest rated players will get offers for off season promos. Guess you've got to make a choice of which is best for you. Personally, if I've got a real good rating at a property I want to return to, I won't give them ANY play unless I can give them the same amount I normally do. ------------------ Jeff, Gambling Moderator senatorjm@prodigy.net

Remember, you can sign up on the websites of most of the properties and get offers via email. This eliminates the need to give some play to places just to keep your card active. If you sign up on their web sites you will get the same low level offers that you would get by giving them limited play. ------------------ John Moderator Dining Forum and Entertainment, Attractions and Sightseeing Forum john@talkvegas.com
