OK, I've now seen this from 2 sorces. and I am wondering if it really has happened.

I understand title 31 passed into law recently at the end of July, it was mostly created to stop money laundry and some other issues with internet gambling, the way I understand it.
However one of the casulties of this bill was eliminating "Money Plays" bets on the table.
So my question is, is it really no longer exceptable to place a money plays wager in Las vegas???
Money Plays, is when you just walk up to a table and put your money in play (not chips). If you win your paid in chips and allowed to take down your money. If you loose, your money is collected and placed in the drop box.
