On my recent visit to Vegas, after I returned home, I was sent several serveys about my gambling experiance. I filled them all out (most where from Boyd Gaming. Here is my reply from the Fremont, after I made some un-nice comments about a few aspects of there service.

I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey after your recent visit to the Fremont Hotel & Casino. We continually try to upgrade the service to our customers on every level. This task would be impossible to do without the valuable input from our guests such as yourself who make an effort to let us know what areas we fell short of your expectations.

I certainly hope you will visit the Fremont again to give us another chance to

Lee - it's possible that this was sent back quickly to acknowledge that they realize you were unhappy and that someone will get back to you personally. It will be interesting to see it they follow up on this.

I think I'd be satisfied with their reply. It shows that they actually read your comments and knew they were negative.

I filled out a survey from the Gold Coast just after I had a series of problems with their food service. They never replied. I elected to not give them my business except on rare occasions.
