In the LV sports world, David Reid, the highly regarded World Boxing Association junior middleweight champion, will defend his belt Aug. 28 against Keith Mullings in the first boxing card in the showroom at the Hard Rock Hotel. A news conference to announce the bout is scheduled for Thursday morning at the Hard Rock.

No word on ticket prices.

V, this should be an entertaining fight. Too bad they never have these kinds of fights when I'm in Las Vegas.

John: What's your guess on what a ticket would cost to attend this fight? Probably the tickets may go for more than we think. It seems like all shows and events are more expensive in Las Vegas.

This is a tough one. If they can get $500 for ringside seats they should be very happy. My guess is that the top ticket price will be in the $400 range and the cheap seats will go for $50. Lets see how close I am.
