I have a question for those of you who have seen the new bridge from BC to Ballys. Since the bridge appears to be built several feet away from the corner, are most tourists taking the shorter route and still crossing at the intersection instead of the new bridge. The picture I viewed showed most people still crossing the street at the corner instead of using the elevated walkway. Those constructing should have known that people would not walk a few feet further to cross even for safety's sake. Seems like a good bit of money wasted.

They are going to put up barriers (just like at Tropicana & LV Blvd. so they can't cross, but can't yet untill all 4 bridges are in operation.

Beth: When I was there a few weeks ago, it seemed the majority were using the bridge, and the sidewalk users appeared to be a lot fewer people.

WTG with those future barriers. Finally... somebody was thinking!

Don't get to excited about the barriers, on our last trip people where climbing over them at Trop & the Blvd.. Talk about, a whole differnt kind of stupid!
