   Holy Cow!
   Holy Cow!
Holy Cow Casino, Cafe and Brewery closed its door on March 22, 2002. The Brewery will continue to supply several other places of business, but doors will be closed to customers at the corner of Sahara.

Wonder what's next for that corner?

Yikes! eek Sure glad we got there the week of the 11th - sure glad Bippy (my husband's nickname) grabbed a handful of coasters and took an excellent photo of the neon sunglassed cow over the entrance.

good thing MSS Black Chip porter was so delicious.

I remember being in Vegas in 1992 when Holy Cow opened. And I made it a point to visit there on every trip since. But business must have collapsed since September if they had to close down. I shall miss the place.

At least the other locations will remain open. Can still get the great microbrews that made the Holy Cow famous at the other locations. laugh

Ralph,
It is my understanding that the companys where all tied togeather in a group. Big Dogs and such, are they having problems too, or was it just time to close the Holy Cow?

Lee....One of the things I heard was that 9/11 did have some affect on the Holy Cow's business. All the other locations, Big Dogs etc, depend more on the locals than they do on the tourist. I stopped in at Big Dogs on Nellis Blvd for lunch on Friday and their business was still as strong as ever. Like Larry said, I heard the same thing that they will be expanding their Draft House property to brew the beer out there.
