Some parts of the valley hit 111 degrees yesterday

Talk about cold beer drinking weather. :p

I'm sure glad I had a 12,000 btu A/C unit installed in the boat last month, we need it now.

My oldest son has a baseball game today at 5:00pm and we have to be there at 4:00pm. I think I'm going to drop him off at the ball field and go find the nearest bar.

And Mrs. LVC has a softball game at 6:00pm today I'm sure they will sucking down cold brewski like water at their game.

That is probably my biggest gripe this last LV trip. The beer was either warm or just barely cold. You have no idea how many beers I wasted, because they where not up to standards. Somehow you'd think the bean counters would see serving warm beer as a negative and make sure cold beer was on hand to avoid waste.
At Boulder Station, when asked if I wanted a cocktail, I told the waitress i want a cold beer. She asked what kind, I told her it didn't matter, bring me the coldest thing they got! It was a Martzan, without a bottom lable (it was sitting in ice somewhere for a long time) and it tasted wonderful! The next time she came around I said i'll have the same. She brought a Martzan, but it was so warm, I gave it right back to her!
