Ivana's Condo Tower will have a coast-to-coast sales launch this Sunday. There will be 945 units on 73 residential floors. Rock Bottom price is $588k for a 524 sq foot unit on the 19th floor; the million mark is reached with a 843 SF unit on the 48th floor. The top priced regular condo is a 1954 SF unit on the 80th floor selling for $2.7 million, but that price is a bargain compared to the 81st penthouse - 20,000 SF selling for $3.6 million. The total sales price for all units is $1.02 BILLION.

Donalds #1 tower is already sold out. and plans for a second tower are already set to go, with expected prices approx 35% higher then the first tower.
