The new Project City Center, to be located between the Monte Carlo and Bellagio hit a milestone today when they began pouring concrete for the foundation. This megacenter will include casino, hotel, shopping, movie theaters, and you guessed it...a condo tower. There is still about 3 years of construction remaining.
