Just about the time the investigation was over and charges filed against 2 employees, Harrah's is under investigation again. This time it includes more hotels such as Ballys, Caesars, and IP having construction work done illegally and without permits.

Anyone surprised?

It just reminds me that there is nothing common about common sense.

Also makes me wonder, is there just a bad corporate culture at Harrahs that let or encouraged this to happen - or one bad apple in a high up position.

I think this shows it's company wide and a lot deeper then just 2 guys! Even the contractors are at fault! This was a company wide policy to save money, plain and simple. IMHO I'm waiting for other properties to be caught in this dragnet. If LV was doing it, what about Reno, and AC and all the rest.....

Harrah's was just slapped with new misdomeanor charges for tampering with the fire alarms at 3 strip poperties.

Who knew tampering with a fire detector system in a Vegas resort was not a felony?

Previous complaints named certain individuals. This latest series is aimed at Harrah's. (Caesars)
