Michael,
Guess you can tell we like to travel? These trip reports keep us going while we're stuck at home.
My thought is, that going south in the winter time would make more sence. <S> I think we need some members from the carribean for those TalkVegas winter meets!

Michael,

Enjoyed your trip report. We'll be taking our first trip to Vegas in April - staying at the Mirage. I can hardly wait.

I will remember to try the Key Lime pie. I grew up in South Florida, and we had a Key Lime tree in our backyard. My mom used to make the best key lime pie in the world. Looking forward to having some again.

Hi Mom! Glad to see you back on the bb. I did not realize that this would be your first trip to Las Vegas. Boy, are you in for a surprise<G> Have a great trip. You'll really like the Mirage.
Let us know if we can help with any dinner or show or sightseeing info.

The Key Lime Pie really is good, so don't forget to save room for dessert!!
As long as you are staying at the Mirage, and if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to try Coconuts. It's an ice cream and coffee & pastry shop located just across the hall from the convention center, just before the pool entrance. The carrot cake is the best my wife has ever had.
