Hi Bill. Thanks for the review of Forever Plaid. This is a show that Linda and I will see in the next year. I have heard from others that it is very good. Your review is icing on the cake.
A word of advice. In about 5 years or so, sports on tv will become important again<G>
I will have to try Star Canyon on a future trip. You have always been right on with your restaurant picks, so this place must be a winner.
Hope to see you and Ellen in 2000 in Las Vegas. It's nice to hear you have a few trips in the works.

Lee: We've been watching what we eat lately, so there will be less donuts and pancakes and more salads in future trip reports. [img]http://www.talkvegas.com/ubb/frown.gif[/img]

V: I think it comes down to the quality of the ingredients. And the quality at Star Canyon (bacon, veggies, etc) is simply better than at the MGM coffee shop. BTW, the Original Cobb Salad dressing is a variation on French dressing...

JC: Planned trips for now: Weekend of Jan 21 (to see Notre Dame De Paris); Feb 6 (to see the Judds) and March 10 (we're taking our Mom to Las Vegas....the town will never be the same. [img]http://www.talkvegas.com/ubb/wink.gif[/img] Will you be in town any of thos times?

Bill, unless I hit the lottery, the first trip of 2000 will be the week after Easter. So you will have 3 trips under your belt before my plane gets off the ground<G>
After the Easter trip I'd like to go back in June, around the 22nd since that is Megan's 21st birthday and she wanted a trip to Las Vegas as a present.
Everything is up in the air right now, but hopefully I will know more in the next few weeks.
