Jeff,
I can see where they would have the right to refuse anyone they deem unfit to drive a car. I also know that I couldn't get a reservation from Thrifty for my July trip. But I beleive that was just because they where out of my class of car i requested. smile
I always request the "no-class" model....it fits my lifestyle! LOL

Larry,
Beleive it or not, I had a choice to make today....write up the trip report or earn a living. It was close but, in the end work won out. I do promiss, I will get one typed up....in the mean time, re-read one of my old ones and just imagine it with me having more fun with my new girlfriend Sharon.... wink wink wink

Lee, as you well know, we get around Vegas just fine w/o a rental vehicle, using combo of taxis, shuttle buses, monorail, city buses ( and even Daisy and Lee occaisionally or w/o Daisy and/or Lee) - no hassels, no traffic problems, no parking problems and no insurance claims) Now if we choose to venture away from Las Vegas and/or Clark country, my attitude will probably change. Glad your hassel was resolved to your satisfaction. Wendell eek

Oh, in regard to the abovc, if there are more than 5 of you in a group, it is cheaper to take a limo rather than 2 taxis (LV will allow no more than 5 in a cab) Bon Voyage (or however you spell it) wink

Lee - I've been waiting for your latest TR too and when I saw "Hit by a Bus" posted this morning, my first thought was "oh no, not again!" Glad that didn't happen again and that you finally got things straightened out. Looking forward to your TR whenever you have time to write it. --Mike

P.S. You know what I do? I take my laptop with me to Vegas and write my TR on the plane ride home. It makes the time go by quickly.
