This was the last and final day of this trip. No hot tub this a.m. as I don't like packing wet swim suits. This WAS the best breakfast of the trip as we met Lee, Sharon, Sandy, and Daisy for breakfast in the French Market Buffet (Would you believe we conned Lee into a buffet!) Many many thanks to Daisy for getting up so early in California to make it to Vegas for our breakfast (way to go Daisy). Orleans personnel were very attentive as we had Circular table where we could all sit together and tell tall tales. (I think Lee even enjoyed his breakfast) After eating, Daisy went her way and Lee and party taxied Maxine and I to McCarran for our flight home and to start planning our November trip. Many thanks Lee for the taxi service - see you guys later. END OF REPORT. (It was another fun time!!!)

Wendell,
Thanks for a great report. Sounds like you got around pretty well as usual. I'll have to try that lunch buffet for the Bananna's Foster sometime. Sure wish I could have joined you all for breakfast!
Thanks again for Breakfast, and the Buffet was good. I'm always glad to visit with both you and Maxine. At the airport, we all hated to say goodbye. Hope your 4th of July was fun and that your still enjoying that new car! We're already looking forward to the November meet!
What an itinerary. It sounds like you had it all written down ahead of time. Either that or you were just lucky to have all that fall into place. And you did it all without a rental car. Do you have any idea what the local transportation charges amounted too? The only thing you were a little shy on reporting on was gambling, but your report goes to show ya that there are definitely many more things to do in Las Vegas than just gamble. I found it interesting that Mama Mia has perhaps replaced Celine as number one. That's good because it points up the the wide variety of very good entertainment in LV. It was nice you also had time to throw in visits with "the gang" and managed to stay cool all the time thanks to the hot tub. A truly great report, Wendell. It is drawing me to thinking about November-------hmmm.

Senator: Wish you could have joined us for break-fast that morn - not only was the food good but the company was great and it was a toss up as to who could talk the most and the fastest - thanks for the zip-lock idea,I'll have to remember that one. Bob: I would guess our transportation cost in Vegas was around $80 to $100.00 dollars - using a combination of shuttle buses, city buses and taxis. Shuttle buses are free, City bus fare is $2.00 and the taxi fares averaged $13.00 to $20.00. Don't think about Thanksgiving - just do it! See ya then. Wendell
