We know about the megaresorts on the Las Vegas Strip, including the existing ones, those under construction, and those in the future. But what is even more mind boggling is the retail development at the big Strip hotels. Within a year, the Strip will have 6.6 million square feet of retail stores.

Lease rates are not cheap
