V, As usual, JMT's right. Since you brought it up, do you know who built it? The same guy built at least 2 others that I know of. One within the last few years. Another one also has a different name than when he built it.

You're right about the good Dr. . Interesting that you mention the MR, V. WE were heading to the strip with Randy and Kelly driving thru one of the sedier areas of Vegas. I mentioned that I was brave enough to get out of my car once and take a couple pics of the MR. jm

The Apache, which opened at 2nd and Fremont in 1932 was called the first "high-rise" in Las Vegas. It was 3 stories high, had 100 rooms, and had the first elevator in Las Vegas.
What was the first "modern" high-rise hotel-casino built in Las Vegas?
