Mirage has reached an agreement with Steve Wynn to sell him a Gulfstream III jet and a furnished apartment in New York City for approximately 17.2 million.

Looks like Wynn still plans to spend some time in the Big Apple. That will at least put him closer to a good money source for borrowing to finance his plans for the Desert Inn.

Beth, I wonder why Wynn did not do the same thing as the owner of the Dallas Mavericks did. Mr Cuban bought his jet off of the internet at one of those auction sites. Can you believe that one?
