This falls into the line of rumors, and I didn't know where to put it?

I get a newsletter called the Dealers News. It's a publication for dealers.
But inside this issue, the writter makes a prediction, and the more I think about it, the more it sounds right.
I'm wondering what the TalkVegas people think about the possiblity of Steve Wynn selling off the Desert Inn and just keeping all the property. It's not like the DI is the El Rancho or something. They just did a total remodel of the place! What could be wrong with the main building?
So lets here your opinions.....

hard to know what the big players are going to do.my guess is that wynn will do whatever it takes to get private money to fund his main project.there is no doubt he wants to be a major player on the strip.he will not build with stockholders money again as that is what cost him the farm last time.rumor mill calls for up to 5 projects to be built on what is being called the best hunk of property west of the mississippi. he could turn about a 200 mill. profit on the sale of the whole package but then he would have to build out in the dessert.hmm the new oasis??
