Just a couple of things I noticed on my last trip as I reread my notes.

Some of the supports for the monorail are in place behind the Sahara. (nice to see it moving forward)

The Poker room in the Las vegas Club has closed. I beleive they only had a couple of tables anyway.

The A B C shop that opened on Fremont Street, sell asprin at about 1/2 the cost of what the casino gift shops charge. In a quick look around we found that this is a very good value if you need something. Even soda's for the room! Very friendly place too!

Interstate 15 traffic patterns changed nightly. So drive carefully when you see the bright construction lights!!

Lee, one cab driver informed us that the monorail was going to extend from Freemont Street to McCarran Airport??? Wendell

Wendell, I think that is the hope. Right now however they are working on connecting some of the strip properties. My guess is, the ones that come through with the cash. I wonder how much a monorail stop costs these days???
