As I sat at the table I heard on TV Donald Trump is going to build in LAS. I did not hear at what locaton he will not have a casino just condo's.
Is there any conformation to this or is this another LAS fib again. The location would be on the strip. Maybe where the ElRancho is located just my taught.

The article i read said it will be on Fashion Show Rd. near the new frontier and will be 60 stories high making it taller at 600 ft. than the tallest tower of NY/NY and Turnbury Place; second in height only to the Strat. Tower. Whether or not there will be gaming to some degree, is undecided, but there will be a pool, spa ect.

Donald Trump and the owner of The New Frontier (Raffiin) are partners on the project. It will be upscale, along the lines of Trump Tower in NY city. The project is still in the planning stage and no condo prices are available at this time, but they are projecting 18 months from now to completion.

Lenny from LVRJ says, there will be 300 units at around 1.5 miliom each.

Ed, Thanks for the information. What ever the price it would be to much. I could not afford the doorman and the Maintance fee each month.
