Rumor has it that EFX will be closing within the year and possibly be replaced by another Cirque presentation. If anyone has an interest in the show, better catch it soon as it may not be around much longer. Wonder if this means Cirque will be performing its artistry at the new T. I., MGM Grand and the new Le Reve. Seems like a few too many to me. But, rumors have a way of fallng apart in Las Vegas.

We've never been interested in seeing EFX. Is it worth seeing before it disappears?

I just read in another newsletter that there will be TWO new Cirque du Soleil shows coming to Vegas - one at NYNY, replacing Lord of the Dance, and another replacing Efx at MGM Grand. Plus the Cirque people are producing and directing Celine Dion's new show at Caesar's. I agree that there will be too many Cirque things going on and I would think eventually everyone is going to burn out on them.

Regarding Efx, I saw it years ago when it still had Michael Crawford. I wasn't impressed with it at all. It was almost like a Cirque du Soleil "wannabe" but just wasn't as good. I wouldn't waste my time or my money if I were you.

EFX has never made it on my to-do list.
Seems like way too many Cirques shows coming to town. I still haven't seen O, being Pennsylvania Dutch, that $100 price tag is still a hard pil to swallow! Maybe the new shows coming to town will be cheaper priced? yeah right! well at least I can dream! LOL
