On October 7,2002 the Sahara turns 50!

I just spent the last half hour going through the Sahara's web site. They have put togeather quite a time line of events of the last 50 years of Sahara history.
Very few things get a chance to turn 50 in Las Vegas, and this is one bit of living history. I incourage everyone to visit the Sahara web site and check this out. From construction of new towers to the price of the buffet at that time, it's documented on the time line. They spent some time & money preparing this web site and it shows.
