I read in a monthly news letter (The Dealers News)I receive, that on average, 2 banks a week are robbed in Clark County. Can this be true. That seems like a lot of banks? or could they be also including casino cashirs???

I don't know about here, but it sounds kinda low for the DFW area.

up here (PA) we don't have to much of the bank robberies, drive by shootings are way up though! LOL

Two a week doesn't surprise me. The last culprit Merto caught was a Master Sargent assigned to Nellis AFB. He logged 8 robberies in a couple of months before the long arm of the law caught up with him. He was supporting his gambling habit with the help of financial institutions around Las Vegas.

There were 3 bank robberies last week. There were 2 bank robberies yesterday. That doesn't include the Orleans casino cage hold up.

The Master Sergeant referred to above is presently awaiting court martial and his career is finished.
