Made a trip to Windsor on Friday. Decided to go there and avoid the crowds at the new MGM. Suprise, the place was packed. I was very lucky to find someone just getting up at the Pai Gow table. They have lowered the minumums. The table was $10 the entire time I was there. I also figured they'd be really good with comps now that they have some competition. I played about 3 hours, never bet less than $50. Asked for a lunch comp for 2, the guy came back and said he could only give me for one!
It turned out that I didn't even use mine, the other 2 guys had enough for all of us. Four Pai Gow tables in the main casino, never saw an empty seat Their high roller area had 4 tables, $50 minimum, always had seats. I didn't play in there cause I couldn't afford to bank. Both tables had guys betting several hundred per hand. I could bank at my table and only risk about $150 including a $50 house bet.
Ate at the cafe, pretty good food. Exit to Lodge freeway was clsoed which made us use the bridge rather than the tunnel. Got in traffic jam both ways.
