Just read an article where North Carolina legislators are very concerned that they will have a severe video poker invasion entering the state. As of June 30, South Carolina outlawed video gaming and now North Carolina fears that most of the machines will be crossing the border. Does anyone know how long video gaming has been legal in S.C. and the reasons for the outlaw? It will also be interesting to see what actions the government of N.C. takes in the coming weeks.
Doesn't Harrah's operate a casino on an Indian reservation in N.C.? They sure won't be happy about illegal competition.
