Plans for the three casinos in Detroit have been approved, they all will have 100,000 sq. feet of gaming space, and 400 rooms insted of the 800 rooms that the city wanted. Motor City and Greektown casinos will build on the sites
where they are located now. MGM will build on a new site yet to be determend.
