Divison of Gaming Enforcement is requesting casinos in A.C. be temporarily banned from doing business with Arthur Andersen.
"The DGE sought the ban last week, four days after Andersen was indicted on a federal charge of obstruction of justice for allegedly destroying evidence in the Enron Corp. probe.
If granted in full, the commission order would prevent Trump, Harrah's Entertainment Inc., Sands Casino Hotel and Borgata co-owners Boyd Gaming Corp. and MGM Mirage from using Andersen in any capacity."
Enron debaucle has long arms.
